Hosting Events for corporations, organizations and etc. Assist with Event Planning, Event Coordinating and even creative ideas for decorations. Our goal is to captivate you and all your guest by working one on one with each client to create the best playlist that compliments the theme of the event. We also setup and run sound for other organizations and for events.
Audio Engineering helps level all sounds, helps synchronize, mix and master all vocals, music and more. We want to make sure your unique sound is ready to be heard on radio and all streaming platforms. Our mission is to provide the best quality sound to capture the attention of your target audience.
Music production is provided for commercials, video blogging, music scoring and more. We specialize in creating production to enhance emotional connection to build audience engagement. Our goal is to produce the music to lure more attraction to the established content for expansion purposes.
If and/or when you decide to choose our company to serve you, we will follow our core rules in order to give you quality production with quality service.
This will be our process for DJ/Audio/Production Services:
Step 1 - Fill out the pre-consultation form in order to start the process. This form will help both you and our company figure out the basic information needed to move forward. This will also help narrow down the basis of what service(s) you are looking for at the moment because you may need all services eventually. Lastly, this will assist you in creating an idea of a budget for the service(s) that you are inquiring about. Example: Since you are needing DJ Services, you may also need our company to create a Flier to help promote the event and you may need us to provide a Photographer for the event as well. Or if you are needing Music Production, then you may need video service if you are doing a commercial.
Step 2 - We will proceed with a phone consultation in order to see if we are a good fit for each other and we will discuss more details in depth. Such as: Creating a plan for direction (Agenda for the event), solidifying a fee based on hours needed, discussing a time frame to complete the services required and schedule a time and date for services to be rendered. After this, we will email the basic service(s) contract for the client to look over and read. (Step 3 may vary depending on how this step flows)
Step 3 - Generally, we will meet at the office for our first meeting. If down payment is required at first meeting, then it will be paid. (That's depending and based on the conclusion of the phone consultation) We will also read over the contract and then sign it at this meeting. During this meeting, we will also discuss the playlist for the event, including any known announcements that the DJ is required to make and any other details that are required for the event as well.
Step 4 - Come to the Event to render services at the best quality as we possibly can. All while having fun, with enjoyment and make lasting memories. If needed, then we will render a different service that we offer like: Music Production, Photography, Video, Web Design and/or Graphics like fliers. If you are already our client, then that automatically gives you a 25% discount or more towards your next service.
